Explanation:
bei google mehrere Fundstellen sowohl für Geologietourismus als auch für Archäologietourismus. Darunter mehrmals: Geotourismus ist mehr als reiner Geologietourismus. Da gibt es also einen Unterschied.

neutral  Katja Schoone: Geologietoursimus hat 24 Googletreffer. Google ist nicht das Nonplusultra, aber das weist doch darauf hin, dass es äußerst unüblich ist und auf alle Fälle nicht der Fachbegriff. Auch die 328 von Archäeologietourismus überzeugen mich nicht.
