As almost everyone knows, the economic foundation of the nation’s newspapers, long supported by advertising, is collapsing, and newspapers themselves, which have been the country’s chief source of independent reporting, are shrinking—literally.
Como casi todo el mundo sabe, el fundamento económico de los periódicos nacionales, sustentado desde hace tiempo en la publicidad, se está colapsando, y los propios periódicos, los cuales han sido la fuente principal de información independiente del país, se están reduciendo/encogiendo, literalmente.

Como casi todo el mundo sabe, el fundamento económico de los periódicos nacionales, sustentado desde hace tiempo en la publicidad, se está colapsando, y los propios periódicos, los cuales han sido la fuente principal de información independiente del país, se están reduciendo/encogiendo, literalmente.
