Местоимение "I" (в начале) можно опустить, учитывая "разговорность" фразы

Главное - передан не только смысл, но и краткость оригинала
"Is that you?" тоже кратко, но тут вопросительный знак обязателен, а он придает дополнительную эмоциональность, которая в оригинале не обязательно присутствует
