Me too It seems that the change of name from "Juez/Juzgado de Inquilinato" to "Juez/Juzgado de Inquilinato y Relaciones Vecinales" in Ecuador is recent; here's the proyecto de ley, dated March 2011 (there's a pdf version but it wouldn't open for me):

"Neighbour relations" (British spelling) has been a term used a lot in recent years in the UK, where there have been attempts to involve the law more actively in disputes between neighbours. See for example

I understand you will be using US English, but it may be a useful illustration of the term.

That sounds right Thank you, lorenab23. I am dealing with Pichincha, and that comes up for Pichincha when I Google your term. (It also makes sense in the context.) So what would be the best translation for that? "Neighbor Relations?"
