Apenas hay referencias sobre esta expresión. Solo he encontrado una referencia que parece ser un texto originario de Asia y otra referencia (un poco más fiable). Creo que "with reciprocation" complementa a "accept to", no a "with assignments". Es la única manera de darle sentido al texto.
