This is NOT car registration with the government. It has to do with shipping and receiving at a "Logistics Center"
The sentence reads:

Fahrzeuganmeldung, Entladezone, Wareneingangskontrolle, Kommissionierbahnhof und Lager.
...
At another point in the text, again talking about the Logistics Center, we have:
An diesem zentralen Knotenpunkt des Standortes findet die Anmeldung und Steuerung aller Fahrzeuge (Wareneingang und Versand) statt.
So, I used, for this second sentence, "All vehicles report and get directions at this central hum of the location."
However, Vehicle Reporting does not grab me. Anybody have a better suggestion?

So my suggestion would be, in line with Phil's answer,
