I believe the 250 V c.a. should be translated as 250VAC although I'm not entirely clear if it refers to average current or alternating current.
My main query concerns 'contacto conmutado'

For context is appears in a specifications table under the heading 'características técnicas'. It's no moer specific than that, sorry.

it is very unusual for a contact to be named as socket. Really, its meaning is in electricity and electronics "enchufe". It has no action whatsoever that can be assigned to it. A contact can be made by personally making two single cables to contact each other, an electric device that commutes or a single port relay. A relay contact can be switched (activated). However, if the context is telling that there is a socket available, it cannot be switched(conmutado). You can have a single contact relay and this can be switched from an open/close initial position. A solution can then be Single Pole (SP) relay or single port, or an electric device. These last devices have names if your context uses them is not known.

Asker: Thanks for those references. The only problem with this is that the same document later refers to 'relé conmutado', so do we think 'socket' is more appropriate here to differentiate?
