This dealing with shareholders' meetings almost certainly means the service address in the sense of "eleggere domicilio" (service address). It is written into the Italian CC. In other contexts domicile would be correct. However, you often see the literal translation "to elect domicile" even in official EU documents, but never in orginal native non-translated documents.
