an article published in our institutional journal
There is no need to capitalize "Revista Institucional", unless that's the actual name of the journal.

: Published or submitted for publication? And is it 'our' or 'the' journal? It's a mystery....

An article for publication in the Revista Institucional
Revista Institucional is obviously a proper name and therefore should not be translated , and ' de difusión en' is ' for publication in', not the past tense;

Thanks; and as 'Revista Internacional' is capitalised, it's obviously a proper noun.

: Having just gone through an academic paper and removing unnecessary capitals, I wouldn't set too much store in the capitalisation here...

Thanks!- but my rule of thumb is if in capitals it's a proper noun;

Discussion
Contracts are generally forward-looking, for obvious reasons, so one might expect the future (Oliver); but this isolated phrase could be taken from a Recital stating that part of the background to the contract was that at some time in the past an article was published by one of the parties (Giovanni).
Contexto...please.
