el/lo que se produzca el último entre
within 15 days of the later of event A or event B
-->
dentro de los 15 días contados desde el/lo que se produzca el último entre el evento A y el evento B
Asker has cut the ST extract too short, so we know event A is 'Lessor signing the Schedule with all conditions satisfied', but we don't know what event B is

Note from asker:
Pero aquí no veo los dos eventos...Normalmente yo suelo traducirlo como dices, pero aquí no le veo ese sentido por la falta de 2 elementos |
La frase termina así |

Robert Carter
: This is the only idiomatic meaning that "of the later of" that I know of. There has to be a mistake in the ST.

: You have omitted Asker's problem word: 'later'

In your answer, You are assumming that there should be two events A andB and the Asker ommitted the event B,but that might not be the case.

Fecha
Se trata de un tipo;' date(s)' en vez de ' later'; y además, el inglés es más bien 'chinglish, mal escrito y redactado:
Lessee will issue an invoice to( THE) Lessor, which ( THE)Lessor shall pay within 15 days of the later of (????) (- OF THE DATE OF THE) Lessor signing the Schedule with all conditions satisfied;
Lessee will issue an invoice to( THE) Lessor, which ( THE)Lessor shall pay within 15 days of the later of (????) (- OF THE DATE OF THE) Lessor signing the Schedule with all conditions satisfied;

Andy Watkinson
: What "Chinglish"? It's a well-known convention of the language of agreements to OMIT the definite article, so no need to go around inserting "THE" all over the place. "Lessee shall pay x in arrears to Lessor." Standard contract-speak, as Robin says.

Jennifer Levey
: Absolutely agree with Andy - this is pretty standard contract-speak. And the likelihood of 'later' being a typo for 'date' or 'dates' is vanishingly close to zero.

Even you, along with Robert Carter, confirmed that the ST is lacking; AW makes no acknowledgement of this fact at all;
