neutral  AllegroTrans: absolutely no need to add agreement or contract because a sub-lease is a legal agreement by definition; we would not add this in English legalese

  -> I am not having an argument here. In fact, I stated "I would add", and this is from my experienceI as I have translated similar documents in which there appears "lease agreement/ contract".
