a large
for this specific term, I'd go with something like this...this dips into the various terms on the marketer's pallet...
a. a large (hearty, good-sized)
b. a big beefy...
c. an authentic
d. (Brit.) a proper
BEEF HAMBURGER! (beef is redundant, or used to be! (sorry, just horsing around)
--------------------------------------------------

cultural note: I'd avoid using the word "huge" unless it's at least 350 g precooked weight, could be misleading and setting the diner up for disappointment...we in the USA have vastly differing impressions of what is huge in terms of portions, and you can often see the unfortunate results... tak dobrou chut'

As a Czech, I would say this (or maybe even "proper").

proper
Očividně nejsem rodilý mluvčí angličtiny. Ještě mě napadlo 'regular', ale to záleží na dalších souvislostech. Teď vidím že 'proper' zmínil už Martin a Scott...

Well, obviously. But given the context, I would say that the main thing is to make it as attractive as possible for customers.

hefty
The test? Four hefty pieces of beef, cut from the wing rib end of the sirloin, from cows of the same breed (Dexter – the Napoleon of the cow world), which had been slaughtered at the same age and roasted in the same way, were sampled by nine food lovers in relatively quick succession. The cuts in question had been aged for 23, 55, 79 and 98 days by the South East London super butcher, Nathan Mills.

I don't think that "pořádný" means "large" at all. with all due respect, perhaps only in the most ordinary sense.,

Menus tend to be quite creative, and since you have Big once already, I see no reason why put another variation of it, it is IMO redundant.

Discussion
If I may also mention, from my own observation, menus tend to be very individual, and it is quite possible that Hanka will be able to select one of the expressions here simply on the basis of how it fits within the rest of the crative set-up of the menu, because the owner always has a certain central idea in mind. What that is, we do not know.
