Disclosure (of information) to such governmental agencies or courts shall be made only (1) upon 30 days advance written notice to XXX Co. of such disclosure so as to provide XXX Co. (the same Company) the ability to obtain appropriate protective orders and (2) with a suitable restrictive legend limiting further disclosure.
