English term
Rather good; fairly good; Very good
English to Spanish
Medical
Medical (general)
General wellbeing status
This is for US Spanish.
I find that "rather good" and "fairly good" are both "bastante bueno"
Is there another term anyone uses to make these 2 separate answers?
Más bien bueno (?) sounds odd
Bastante bueno
My neurons are on vacation after so many hours translating today. ☺

Selected
bastante bueno; relativamente bueno; muy bueno
In the same order as posted.
Fairly good=relativamente bueno
Rather good=bastante bueno
Very good=muy bueno
I don't think that the term 'rather' would necessarily refer to negative ideas in every situation...
Good luck!

we often use rather for negative ideas, is similar to quite and pretty.
fairly is weaker than both
fairly is weaker than both

: Yes -because Asker has now confirmed the order of the terms in the scale of wellbeing: fairly good/regular are the lowest level, not the middle level as shown in the original question and this answer.

bastante bueno; realmente bueno; muy bueno
According to my Oxford, "fairly" also means "realmente" when describing something.

Jennifer Levey
: 'realmente bueno' is surely better than 'bastante bueno', so your terms do not respect the order of 'wellbeing-ness' of the source text (see discussion box for clarification of the order of terms).

Saludos
Luis
