response to a "frustrated" person

usually used when someone is feeling frustrated and/or resentful. Perhaps, this person has been interrupted many times. The other person will respond,"go ahead, have your say".

depends on the context, of course :-)

Also means \"to have equal rights\". To be a full member of a circle of persons. To have the freedom of expression.
