In a hand-written statement by someone: "Je suis bel et bien la tante de XXX...". We wouldn't say "well and truly", would we, in a legal statement? "Truly"? Or is there another accepted form of words?

Just another suggestion, might fit if this is to back up a claim or statement, as the wording suggests.
"I confirm that I am (indeed) X's aunt."
