As far as I can see its just a small section of dropped ceiling in MDF which is 10cm lower than the main ceiling to hide where the ventilation.

Je suppose qu'il s'agit d'un caisson dans le sens français et anglais, structure de plafond par éléments plans séparés par des crêtes verticales (les retombées)
