French term

ses pouvoirs sont radiés

French to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)
Company going into liquidation or being disbanded it would seem

Some context

La liquidation est operee sous la raison sociale: XXX. Monsieur B n'est plus administrateur, ses pouvoirs sont radies.

So I have the liquidated company now operates under the business name XXX. Mr X is no longer a trustee, his authority has been removed.

Im sure there must be a legal expression for his authority has been struck off or relinquished or something like that

thanks
