I'm trying to understand this part:

...of which is would be proven that they are the work of employees or representatives of the supplier. (?)

Non-ProZ.com Mar 2, 2005:
Actually, I didn't want to use "agents" here, because it's used elsewhere as the translation of another term, and I wanted to differentiate. You know how that is...;)
Non-ProZ.com Mar 2, 2005:
Thanks everyone, for your help.
Tony M Mar 2, 2005:
Possbily need to watch out using 'representatives', because of possible confusion with 'SALES representatives'... which I presume this is NOT (specifically) referring to
Non-ProZ.com Mar 2, 2005:
I like 'attributable' - thanks.
Non-ProZ.com Mar 2, 2005:
I'm not sure about 'attendants' for 'prposs', but I like your wording much better than mine, thanks!:)

Thanks.:)

that would be proven to be the work...

It's only an idea (English is not my mother tongue!)
Maybe attendant would be better than representative?
Peer comment(s):

agree David Vaughn : perhaps act or deed instead of work

Thanks! (I guess act will be used for "actes malhonnètes", but deed seems fine)
agree Tony M : But not with 'attendant' --- 'agent' is a commonly-used word (cf. previous KudoZ question)

If you are looking for an alternative to \"representatives\" that is less likely to be misread as implying salespersons, you might try \"agents\".
