only the judgement decision can be reproduced/published

It is more specific than terms - terms would be l'énoncé du jugement - and I doubt all the terms - tout l'énoncé would be allowed for publication

Dispositif du jugement
Partie d'un jugement contenant la solution du litige et à laquelle est attachée l'autorité de la chose jugée (voir ce mot).

A judgement includes :

· The "visas": i.e. an analysis of the arguments presented by both sides and the laws and regulations applicable to the case;
· the "motifs", i.e. the grounds for the decision,
· the "dispositif", i.e. the actual decision

'conclusions' OR 'operative part'

It is that part where the judge finishes reviewing the allegations of the parties and start detailing the conclusions that the court has reached. Also called the operative part of the judgement.
