plantar reflex (Babinski's reflex)
Without the 'cutané' - I don't believe there's any 'official' anacronym in English either.
"It is more properly called the plantar reflex, as Babinski's sign in reality only refers to the pathological form" (Wiki)

Suggestion for whole phrase: "plantar reflex on the left/ left side".

Dr Sue Levy (X)
: It is better to use plantar reflex here since the Babinski sign (upgoing toe) has not been observed. The reflex here is normal - flexion.
