French term

limitation hématologique

French to English Medical Medical (general)
Stratégie alternative:
- Chimiothérapie á case de sels de platin, limitation hématologique du CDDP et du carboplatine.
- lénalidomide, limitation hématologique

I'm not really sure what is meant by "limitation hématologique" here (and there's not really any other context). Is this the therapeutic limit by chance?

Thanks in advance!

Yes Helen it's just a typo on my part when I was entering my question. The document reads "á base de", thanks!
Helen Genevier Jul 25, 2011:
à base de Excuse me if it's just a typo, but just to point out that 'á case de' should be 'à base de'
Laura Miller (asker) Jul 25, 2011:
And yes, it is very nasty stuff...
Laura Miller (asker) Jul 25, 2011:
OK, toxicity was the other thought I had, but just couldn't quite put it together, thanks!
