I can't see how piano fits into this conext or perhaps I have missed the point comppletely. Industrial use products for heavyt duty cleaning eg. industrial kitchens, etc.

HYSOFRITE LIQUIDE est utlisé pour le nettoyage et le dégraissage des friteuses, sauteuses et l'entretien regulier des fours, pianos, plaques...

HYSOFOUR GEL est utlisé pour le nettoyage et le dégraissage des fours, grills,hottes, pianos, etc...

to my mind a stove or range includes an oven - the "piano" is just the top bit

ths fact is that the piano has also a bronze plaque inside, as well as metal swtrings which eventually need to be cleaned. THe laque used to portect the wood on the inside of the piano is also very resistand=t and probably could be cleaned with it
