Bezüglich Rahmen-, Dauerlieferungs-, Abruf- und Sukzessivlieferungsverträgen sowie ähnlicher Dauerschuldverhältnisse haben wir das Recht, das Schuldverhältnis bei Vorliegen eines wichtigen Grundes ausserordentlich zu kündigen und die sofortige Herausgabe aller überlassener Informationen sowie der davon erstellten Kopien zu verlangen. Ein wichtiger Grund liegt auch dann vor, wenn der Besteller mit einem dritten Unternehmen eine Unternehmensverbindung (§ 15 AktG) eingeht oder ein drittes Unternehmen gemäss einer ausländischen Rechtsordnung über den Besteller bestimmenden Einfluss erhält und das dritte Unternehmen als Hersteller der relevanten Produkte zu uns in Konkurrenz steht.
