German term

auslesen

German to English Tech/Engineering Telecom(munications) Telecommunications
Ericsson telephone systems again:

I'm wondering whether "auslesen" is even correct in German - could this be an example of "Sweutsch" (Swedish German) perhaps?

Would "identified" be suitable here?

I think it is saying the data can be read from the telephone even when it is locked, or whatever the proper term for gesperrt is.

Don't think there's anything wrong with the German. I've come across this usage lots!
