I'm completely baffled by single word that I can't make sense of in a sound file that I'm transcribing. Unfortunately I haven't found a way to post the file without breaching confidentiality. It is describing the benefits of a Pick-by-Voice order-picking system to a food wholesaler. The word sounds to me like "Eronies" or "Aero-nees" but I can't square that with any German word I know. Can anyone come up with an idea as to what it might be? The problematical sentence, which is otherwise easy to hear, goes:-
"Unter dieser Voraussetzung haben wir eine Prozessoptimierung ausserhalb des Kernsystems geschaffen, die es auch kleineren oder mittleren Unternehmen erlaubt, ohne umfängliche Lagerprozessoptimierung hohen Nutzen und kurze ??Eronies?? aus sprachlicher Technologie zu ziehen.

The sprachliche Technologie is "wearable computers" which make paperless oder-picking possible - the big attraction is that it is "hands-free" for the order-picker, who doesn't need to carry a list or a handheld device but just wears a headset and walks round the warehouse collecting items (in this case food items for the restaurant trade) for customer orders - the computer tells him through his headset what to pick up, and he can talk back to the computer through the voice recognition system.
Could it be "Erkenntnis" ( strike the ", kurze") i.e. hohen Nutzen und Erkenntnisse?
