guiding effect on performance / management of performance

"Leistung" und "erstellung" together are a bit of a duplication. Performance is the shortest and best translation thereof.
Steuerung = control, steering, guiding

2 hrs

output

Leistung can either mean output, performance or capacity, and Erstellung means delivery,viz. that it has actually been or will actually be realized.
In output both of these meanings are included, and the Erstellung-part of it needs not to be translated separately.

performance

At the same time, services offered should be aggressively priced to enhance performance.

Puts a basically simple statement using confusing (German) words into easy-to-understand language.

activity output

At the same time, the pricing [system/for xxx] should allow the modelling of value-added activities so that activity output can be managed / there is full control over activity output.

I feel the German still needs to be followed closely, as the lack of exact context otherwise gets us out on a limb with a tad bit too much condensing.
