some more context would help for choosing the right verb, but I think the "too soon" idea is good for πρωθύστερος

Βάμβακος και Σταφυλίδης το δίνουν ως "πρωθύστερος" και κατά τη λατινική ετυμολογία της λέξης ταιριάζει η έννοια αυτή. Αυτό που λες για πριν την ώρα του είναι το "πρόωρος" ενώ πρωθύστερος είναι ο προτασσόμενος ενώ λογικά θάπρεπε να ακολουθεί.

Αυτή πιστεύω πως είναι η πιο κοντινή σημασία. Αν υπάρχει περιθώριο για κάποιον "βαρύ λατινισμό" τότε ordo praeposterus ή ordo inversus
