Hello everyone!

I'm having a little trouble translating . I translated the first part with "Technical Department of Culture", but I cannot find the right expression for the second part. I hope you guys can help me! Thanks!

I take it this is part of a 'comune', hence 'municipal'

cultural and heritage infrastructure department

Tecnico is a false friend here - it doesn't mean "technical" as in "relating to technology", it just means "specialist".

The department is part of Milan's city council. Here's a couple of examples of the kind of things it does:
