That is what I had well Sole financed actually ..... but the client returned the doc saying that it should be "covered entirely by shareholders equity"

if that is the case, it could mean a whole host of things, but you could generally say something like: \"entirely financed with XYZ\'s funds/assets....\" unless they mean a share swap, but that\'s not what I am reading.
