This seems to be a standard formulation, even if it sounds wrong (it actually is). IMO a "correct" sentence would read "In the context of the judicial liquidation ("procedure" (of liquidation)), .... , its curator xy has published...".

Sometimes you can translate it as 'procedure', but I'd say 'liquidator' for the first instance above.
