Italian term
Mantenere l\'esercizio pulito
Italian to English
Other
Music
Pulito
You will notice that there will be no execution velocity in the exercises featured in the book. It’s up to you to find and choose the best one, beginning slowly with the metronome, of course, gradually raising the velocity and always maintaining L'ESERCIZIO PULITO and perfectly in time.

Keep your exercise clean
See the site below eg, "The full speed runs may not be perfectly clean at first, but alternating them with the slow and deliberate repetitions will reinforce the correct motions"
May I suggest you use 'speed' instead of 'velocity' which is an Italianism that just does not fit in English when discussing music.

In this case do I have to use clean? "Then, you will find a wide range of exercises in this book, for each topic being dealt with (left hand independence and fluency, speed and PULIZIA DELLA MANO DESTRA, dynamics, accents,..." |

keep your playing clean
Cedric's suggestion is perfectly fine, although as a musician I would be more inclined to go with "keep your playing clean". I would also say "gradually increasing the speed" rather than "gradually raising the velocity". Alsp "playing speed" rather than "execution velocity".
"Take it slowly, keep practicing, keep your playing clean, have fun and you should be set."

"To keep false MIDI triggers to a minimum, a really clean playing technique is needed. Unfortunately, this means that many of the techniques used in rock guitar to add expression (tapping, rapid hammer on/off, and digging in with a pick to produce various harmonic effects) are not suitable for use with a MIDI pickup, and will result in unwanted notes being produced by your synth. Keep your playing clean and simple."

"Pulizia della mano destra" = "right hand accuracy" is one possibility
