"Meagre" is not used in this sense in wine profiles.

Giovanni is right.

\"Lean\" and \"scarno\" are more appropriate to body but Paola posed an either/or question.

Given complete freedom to describe such a wine, you might say it had a \"feeble nose\". If the aromas exist but do not last long, you could call the wine itself \"evanescent\".
