Basic Science
I would lean towards this option. "Foundations of Science" doesn't sound right. "Introduction to Science" is not beyond the realms of possibility, however. As a general rule, if you are being introduced to a subject, you are learning its basics.
Indeed, "Basics of Science" or "Science Fundamentals" is yet another option here.
My personal preference would be for "Basic Science" or "Basics of Science".
