: Acho que "governing committee" serve bem. Nao sei se e' para eu agree e, ao mesmo tempo oferecer alternativa, ou se melhor sugerir uma traducao diferente. Nao me importa. A sua ideia de "governanca" e' boa. So' trocaria governing "committee"
