Hi,
At the end of a certificate it says:
EL JEFE DEL REGISTRO
POR DELEGACIÓN DE FIRMA
I have seen so many different options for this, ranging from “by delegated signature power” to “by virtue of delegated signature authority” to “delegation of signature”, “by power of attorney”, “signed by proxy” etc.
Is there not one standard way of saying this at the bottom of this type of document in English?
Many thanks,
H.

The logic here is that in English (I speak for UK) an "authorised signatory" is taken at face value and it is not, as a rule, necessary to specify the source of the authority, as is the case in some other jurisdictions.
