statutes of a corporation / charter / statutes

Lozano Irueste - Nuevo diccionario bilingüe de economía y empresa.

This is the definition for "estatutos sociales"

In West's Law Dictionary "estatutos" along is "bylaws" but is not present with the adjective "social" or "sociales".

In Alcarz and Hughes' Legal Dictionary, "estatutos" is combined in the phrase "estatutos de una sociedad mercantil" but not with "social"or "sociales."

In Saint Dahl's Abridged Law Dictionary "estatuto social" does not appear either.

In six other consulted reference sources (legal and business), I was not able to locate "estatuto" with "social."

However, Lozan Irueste does have it, as indicated above, and the literal translation is in the answer.

Mike :)
