sea freight contract
A maritime transport contract sounds awful to me, gets very few hits in Google (as does sea transport contract). If you are talking about transporting goods, then I think sea freight contract would be a much better choice.
IMPLIED INTENT
Legal term. A sea freight contract can be implied merely by the fact that the
shipper delivers goods to the quay.

SEA FREIGHT
Fee payable for the transport of goods by sea. For liner services the sea freight is fixed in tariffs by the shipping companies and/or Conferences. For charter services the sea freight is negotiated independently. The amount payable depends on offer and demand.
SEA FREIGHT CONTRACT
Contract between the shipper and the carrier for the shipment of goods. The sea freight contract stipulates the carrier's obligation to transport the goods and is concluded in favour of a third party (consignee).
GloMaP.com - Global Market Place - offers a virtual marketplace and an Internet-based communication platform www.glomap.com for all parties involved in international sea trading. After registering free of charge, all users negotiate freight rates and all other details of a sea-freight contract via the Internet. All elements of negotiations, conclusion of contracts and transaction of sea-freight business are handled online through the GloMaP.com System.

Charter Party / Contract of Affreightment (COA)
