Spanish term

paleteros viales

Spanish to English Bus/Financial Transport / Transportation / Shipping Mexico / Transportation Services
Not much context to offer, I'm afraid. The term appears in an e-mail header and the e-mail in question includes a table listing expenditures for different kinds of transportation services, but the term isn't repeated.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, and sorry for the lack of CONTEXT!

Thank you, Charles. This is what we would call a "flagman" in the US. It may well apply here. Nice work. :)
