Regardless of where you are going to use the translation, you are definitely not translating the name of a US or UK court, but an Argentinean one (quite similar to the system here in Uruguay where we have Juzgados Letrados de Trabajo), therefore you are not required to indicate an equivalent of the US or UK system, but to translate the name of your institution in a way that is clearly understandable by the recipient or target. IMHO.
