in Argentina "registresé y....) is the final sentence under a law to get it published in the boletin oficial del estado, so I think it has to be something like that,may be also at the end of a trial

El verbo "Let" inicial puede omitirse debido a que se trata de un mandato u orden dada por el Juez..
Sobre la notificación, "notify" no es lo más apropiado. Debe usarse la frase "to serve notice" o "to give notice", utilizándose la primera para el caso de notificación de cédulas (en el caso en que se cita a testigos o se notifica una demanda judicial) y la segunda para el caso que nos ocupa, en que se refiere a la publicidad que debe darse a la sentencia del Juez o del Tribunal (esta publicidad consiste en la publicación en el Boletín Oficial y en algunos casos también en algún diario de gran tirada)..

Me gustaría entender el razonamiento detrás de la elección de esta frase. Creo, humildemente, que cualquiera de las otras versiones propuestas habría sido más apropiada.
Definitivamente, no coincido con la elección. Pienso que "Signed and docketed" no tiene nada que ver con el registro y la notificación de una orden o decisión judicial y que conduce a un error importante en quien lee la traducción.
