You are going to have to rework the sentence.
A "point d'orgue", as my childhood piano lessons have taught me, is a symbol put over a note to indicate that the note should be played (sustained) longer than usual. The symbol is a center dot under a parenthese symbol with the ends pointing downwards.
Something like: "This process will be continued and completed at the Cape Forum", or "...extended to be finalised at the forum".
