Spanish term or phrase: Placer a flor de piel
Hello.
This is a slogan used to advertise a brand of limoncello (lemon liqueur). It emphasises the fact that the flavour and aromas of the drink come from the lemon peel used in the manufacturing process.
I can't put my finger on the exact sense of this slogan, though... any ideas?

An aroma of lemon goodness

Explanation:
I am going to go against the majority here. I think the expression "flor de piel" is so propio del español and at the same time foreign to the English-language ways of expressing the thoughts and feelings that the phrase evokes, that it is not appropriate to conserve either the "skin" or the "flower" unless you want a slogan that puzzles the recipient with its foreignness instead of enticing him.

I suggest that this "translation" actually calls for copywriting from scratch, and although my suggestion is lame, it might inspire someone more poetic to come up with the right word.

neutral  ormiston: agree with your comments. The French have an equivalent expression 'à fleur de peau' to denote heightened sensual awareness. Is this the right track here ?

agree  Margaret Schroeder: I like it, maybe we can get "lemony" into it, or is that too prosaic?

feel the pleasure

Explanation:
I think the concept here has to do with feelings and sensations, as "flor de piel" in Spanis emphasizes sesibility, very extreme sensibility... the phrase could be "Feel the (limoncello or brand of limoncello) pleasure.
