: mrsrag1981/or evening shift, depends what you are talking about. In Mexico since there is a shortage of schools,most of them provide two shifts to accomodate more students and there is two turnos, matutino y vespertino.

: "Evening" sounds like a night-time thing -- i.e. from nightfall onwards and up to about midnight. Before that it would be "afternoon". Thus: "afternoon session"
