Да, не очень употребимое слово, но в поисковиках все-же есть. Думаю, они там просто не придают столь большого значения кругдым датам дней рождения. Тем не менее, в современном английском явно просматривается тенденция к росту вольности в словообразовании, что дает мне основания думать, что термин сей будет понят абсолютно однозначно.
