First of all, "semiotics" is the English term, not "semeiotics" :).
Secondly, I'd go for "physical semiotics", since "clinical semiotics" is defined and discussed as the discipline having to do with the interrelation between specifically human methods of communicating and processing information and specifically human psychiatric and psychosomatic disorders. Since your text appears to deal with respiratory diseases, which are not a psychiatric or psychosomatic disorder, "clinical" seems to be incorrect here.
On the other hand, if the context of your text string points towards a psychological disorder, then "clinical semiotics" is preferable.

: Semiotics *is* an English term (I encountered it in my studies of linguistics, the concept was explored by Saussure among others), but I don't believe it's appropriate in this context. Your ERIC reference also relates to linguistics.
