Todo el mundo en Chile conoce al menos una picada, y como es un país caro, encontrar una picada es algo bueno. ¿Cómo dejar la idea de picada en inglés?

Personally, I refer to such (unassuming) places as a my hidden/treasured CPD (Cheap, Plenty Delicious) niches. I'm not the only one either. Perhaps it's a common way here in the US?
