I would be more inclined to use one of these terms rather than viennoiseries, which brings up mainly French language sites in a Google search.

I think \"viennese pastries\", although the correct literal translation may conjure up something slightly different to an English speaker than what \"viennoiserie\" has come to refer to in French - brioches, croissants, small cakes etc. Although possibly originating in Vienna, these tasty treats are nowadays invariably associated with France and so for that reason I would tend to use \"French pastries\". Or even just \"pastries\" on its own, which is widely used and covers all possibilities. ;)
