Italian term

conti correnti passivi promiscui

Non-PRO Italian to English Bus/Financial
I've paraphrased a bit here. I had "overdrawn current accounts", but I can't get the connection with "promiscui" in the context.
Oltre ai conti anticipi fatture, anche sui conti correnti passivi, che sono per loro natura promiscui, vengono effettuate operazioni di anticipo fatturazione.

miscellaneous current account liabilities

I don't think this is necessarily overdrawn accounts - could be current account credit lines, which would not constitute an overdraft, just a liability.

So your phrase would look something like: current account liabilities, which by their nature are miscellaneous...

multi-purpose account

Derek, this is a tough one! I'm not quite sure that I'm on the ball here, but I think so. Of course the account is not "promiscuous", which would mean, er... something else, but it just serves many purposes. In fact if you hold an "overdrawn account", you can overdraw the money to spend it in whatever way you like... but for some other accounts (your other question put me on the track) the bank might allow you to overdraw only for specific purposes. Sorry for answering you too late.

Is it a one-man or a family owned-company?

I refer you to "linea telefonica ad uso promiscuo" which means both for private/personal and
professional/commercial use.
