I don't know the exact term either but I won't use the word standard because the '典' here is more similar in usage to those like '词典 or 辞典' meaning list or collection.
So I think '分类法' is same as '大典', so maybe 'PRC Job Classification List' i9s also OK.

In countries outside China, normally the job title can be anything and not limited by law (except possibly official titles for governmental positions).
In regulations, for company registration and income tax purposes, only the job category is specified and not the exact title of the occupation.
So I think '分类法' is same as '大典', so maybe 'PRC Job Classification List' i9s also OK.
